- Glenwood Property Development Company, has continued the real estate expansion craze in the Ibeju-Lekki axis with its launch of Lyndale Mews, an estate which consists of 32 terrace houses and apartments, with a play area and central services, as well as housing units and land. Source
- The Lagos State Government, in very radical manner, announced the termination of the contract for the construction of the Fourth Mainland Bridge. The contract for bridge, which is one of the flagship projects of the Ambode administration, was terminated as a result of ‘delays’. Source
- The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) claimed to have disbursed N2.3 billion to 3,104 beneficiaries under its housing renovation loans scheme nationwide. This was made by the bank’s Managing Director, who further flagged off the disbursement exercise of N243.1 million to 263 benefiting Sokoto State civil servants. Source

- Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, has assured Nigerians that work on the Apapa wharf road, which will consume a whopping N100 billion will commence soon as signing a formal Memorandum of Understanding and Federal Executive Council were all that were left. Source
