Does anyone know anything about what is going on with the BVN enrolment. I enrolled in Toronto about one ago but have not received any feedback or the BVN, Even the enrolling company (VFS Global) has gone incommunicado. They do not take your calls, respond to email or text message. Neither is The Central Bank responding to enquiries.

    What can one do?

any update with your request? The reason I ask is cos I have an appointment with vfs global in Jan and I don’t want to waste my time with them. It is bad enough to ask me to travel from Calgary for this purpose. thanks

You know what? I had to take time off again from work to go to the office at Bay Street did not care if I had an appointment or not. As soon as I arrived at the office, a lady took up my case and in less than three minutes, came out with my BVN. Her reason for the problem in communication – the company had issues with their email service which was being resolved.

Anyway, I got my BVN number and am very happy. As I got home, responses to my previous email inquiries flogged my inbox. What a coincidence!

So my friend, go for your appointment and you can be sure that you will have no problems. I think the delay in my own case may have been due to the inefficiencies from the Nigerian side.

Any question so? Feel free to get back.

        All the best
