The Nigerian Stock Exchange has made its first official statement regarding the late filing of Oando results. It did this via its twitter feed today by sending it out two tweets. See below;
Investors have been waiting for an official statement from the exchange considering the quantum of loss reported without issuing any profit warnings ahead of time.
We are reviewing the situation regarding the delayed filings of Oando Plc 2014 results and its Q1 and Half year filings.

Should our continuing review reveal that Oando committed other infractions, we will mete out appropriate sanctions pursuant to our Rules.
