List includes Blue chips like Diamond Bank (-26.52%), UBA (-18.29%), Dangote Cement (-16 %), Nestle (-15.99), Nigerian Breweries (-15.91%) and Oando (-11.17%).

The NSE Benchmark is down 7.58% so these names have all underperformed the index.
