- FBN Holdings has increased its outstanding shares to 35,895,292,792 units, the Nigerian Stock Exchange has announced.
- This is sequel to the bonus issue of 1 for 10 the company announced a few months ago.
- Based on this a total of 3,263,208,436 units were added to the existing shares of the company, thus bringing the total outstanding shares of FBN HOLDINGS PLC to 35,895,292,792 units.
