Seplat Petroleum Development Company just issued the following corporate action

  • Closure of Register:   Year Ended 31 December 2014
  • Proposed Dividend: $0.09 Cents per share (at an exchange rate of ₦200/per dollar) will translate to ₦18.00 per share.
  • Though the ruling exchange rate on the date of payment will be the conversion factor.     Proposed Bonus: Nil
  • Closure Date: 22nd May 2015
  • AGM Date: 2nd June 2015
  • Payment Date: 10th June 2015  AGM Venue: Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos
  • Seplat shares was up 5% to N404 when the dividend was announced
