Scheme of Reorganization of Capital between Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc and the Holders (UHSL) of its Fully Paid Ordinary Shares:
The Market is hereby notified that further to a 10 March 2015 directive of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the shares of Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc (UHSL) will be placed on full suspension from today, Monday, 16 March to Friday, 20 March 2015.
The suspension is for the purpose of permitting Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc and the Holders (UHSL) to conclude its scheme of reorganization of capital. Normal transactions in the shares of UHSL will resume on Monday, 23 March 2015.
