Africa Prudential Plc released its 2014 full year results showing profits rose 29.7% to N1.2billion. The company results showed Registrar’s fees was up 10% to N856million whilst Net Investment Income rose 43.8% to N1.34billion.

The company also returned a 30% increase in earnings per share to 61 kobo compared to 46 kobo a year earlier.

A dividend per share of 35kobo was proposed for the year for shareholders who own shares as March 17 2015. Register will be closed March 18, 2015.
