Zenith Bank Plc released its 2014 FY results showing gross earnings rose 14.8% to N403b. Net interest income also topped last year’s result rising 2.6% to N193. 4b.
Profit after tax rose 8.6% to N99.4 billion compared N91.5billion a year earlier.Earnings per share was N3.16 compared to N2.91 a year earlier. We had projected a 5% drop in EPS for the full year ended December 2014.
The bank also proposed a gross dividend of N1.75 per share (2013: N1.75)
