Nestle Nigeria Plc notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that the company’s Board of Directors will meet on Monday 27 October 2014 to consider the unaudited results of the company for the period ended 30 September 2014.
The Company states that the meeting may consider and recommend the payment of interim dividend to the shareholders.
