Ashaka Cement topped the gainers chart today closing 6% higher to end the day at N33. The share price is obviously riding on the back of its impressive half year results which saw pre-tax profits jumped 166%. Forte Oil which hasn’t been part of the top 5 this week joined the fray with a 5% pop. Nascon, Africa Prudentials and Wema Banks are notable stocks which posted declines.
