A python was seen in the estate about a fortnight making all the residents to live in fear. The truth is that the management of the estate has been having a running battle with the residents on energy rate. The management wants to charge flat rate while the residents want metering (pay as you go). The developer has vowed not to negotiate with the residents and the residents are set for a show down due to the insensitivity of the developer and infrastructural decay. Someone must give way for something.
