UAC of Nigeria Plc. has proposed a dividend payment of N1.75. This decision was taken at a board meeting held 26/3/2014. Here are other decisions reached;

1. AGM Date is fixed for 25th June at Golden Tulip Festac Lagos

2. Dividend of 175kobo per share is proposed
