The Board of Directors of Berger Paints Nigeria PIc, approved a dividend payment of 70kobo per share following their board meeting dated 20 March, 2014.
1. The 2013 Audited Financial Statements were approved and a profit declared. A dividend of 70k per share would be recommended for approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. The Register of members would be closed from 2nd June to 6th June, 2014 (both days inclusive).
3. The AGM is scheduled to hold on 17 July, 2014 at Abora and Mazonia Suites, Eko Hotel and Suites, 1415 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Berger Paints shares closed lower today at N8.56 per share. At this price dividend yield is about 8.17%.
