In yet another sharing of the national cake, the Katsina State Government plans to spend N10m each on 25 students who “were selected on merit” from all the 34 Local Governments of the State. This story is featured on the Vanguard Newspapers.
The students will be sponsored to study for various degree courses at Arab Academy in Alexandria, Egypt. Apparently, Nigerian Universities have been so run down, the Government like their citizens now prefer to send their wards abroad for Higher Education
