You are free to register with any Pension Fund Administrator of your choice in your locality. However, ensure that during registration, you give correct information regarding your pension and other details as required.
- What should I do if as a pension contributor, I have remittance issues with IPPIS?
Any pension contributor that is under the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) and has challenges regarding remittance should see IPPIS immediately and such issues will be corrected.
- If as a pension contributor, I have remittance issues but I am not yet registered with IPPIS?
Pension contributors who are not currently registered with IPPIS but have remittance issues should consult PENCOM as they will ensure a prompt resolution of the issues.
- How do I correct any PENCOM issues I have as a retiree?
If you have any challenges from PENCOM as a retiree, it most likely has to do with your nominal roll. In such cases, PENCOM will ask you to send your nominal roll for corrections and then you can start collecting your due benefits.
