In a statement released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Dangote Cement Plc has announced the commencement of a closed period, starting from the 9th of February till one day after the release of its audited year end results for the period December 31st 2016. The results are expected to be released on or before February 28 2016.
During this time, Managers and all those with sensitive information pertaining to the company, are not expected to trade its shares. Below is a copy of the notice.
