The Board of Directors of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of Mr Yinka Sanni as a Non-Executive Director.
Yinka Sanni has been appointed as Standard Bank Group's Chief Executive of Africa Regions.
The announcement was contained in a press release from the group signed by the company secretary.
Shareholders of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc yesterday approved a dividend payment of N15.36 billion, proposed by the board, for the 2018 financial year.
