The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has raised concerns over the recent decision by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to upgrade degree titles in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Optometry from bachelor's degrees to “Doctor” status across Nigerian universities.
