Rite Foods sues Mamuda Beverages for N1.6 billion over trademark infringement in energy drink battle
Rite Foods Ltd, the manufacturer of Fearless Energy Drinks, has filed a N1.6 billion lawsuit against Mamuda Beverages Nig. Ltd, producer of Pop Power Energy Drinks, citing trademark infringement and unauthorized replication of its product design.
The Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday rejected an interim restraining motion filed by eNaira Payment Solutions Limited against the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) use of the "eNaira" trademark.
