The Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment and Mac Tay Consulting Ltd are set to launch a specialised ICT training programme for 200 youths across five divisions of Lagos State namely Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Epe, Ikorodu, and Ikeja.
