A Kenyan court has lifted an earlier restriction on the development of Aliko Dangote's proposed $16 billion oil refinery in Kenya, allowing the project to proceed despite an ongoing legal dispute over land ownership and environmental concerns.
The Kenyan government has announced plans to invest in the proposed KSh2.2 trillion ($16 billion) Lamu oil refinery through the National Infrastructure Fund.
