Two suspected drug kingpins, Victor Nwosa and Felix Chika Obiegbu, have been arrested by operatives of the Special Operations Unit (SOU) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), following the interception of consignments of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine from their Lagos homes.
