The Company notified The Exchange of the retirement of Chief Olusegun Osunkeye as a Director and Chairman of the Board Directors of Nestle Nigeria Plc with effect from 10th May 2013.
As a result of his retirement, the Board has appointed Mr. David Ifezulike, a non-Executive Director for more than twelve years, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Managing Director of the Company, Martin Woolnough, has decided to proceed on voluntary retirement as from June 1, 20. Consequently, the Board has appointed Mr. Dharnesh Gordhon to succeed him as the new Managing Director as from June 1, 2013.
