Dangote Sugar shares hit a milestone during trading today as it attracted a high a price of N7.99 the lowest this year thus far.
The stock has been under pressure this year as investors react to a not too impressive earnings result reported in the first half of the year. The company had indicated the result was just a blip and that things may change in Q3 report which is due soon.
However, the global commodity price plunge maybe taking its toll already on the stock. Another issue too is its liquidity which makes it susceptible to price volatility.
