“Today is not merely another signing ceremony; it is the reaffirmation of a journey that continues to gather strength, credibility, and purpose,” he said.
“At Veritasi Homes, we have never measured success by the number of projects we build alone. We measure it by the confidence we inspire, the partnerships we sustain, and the legacy we create. Every landmark transaction adds another chapter to that legacy, and today, we write a significant one.
“The execution of this ₦50 billion Non-Interest Commercial Paper Programme is a powerful statement. It demonstrates that disciplined governance, strategic vision, and ethical finance can come together to unlock capital for transformational growth. It also reflects the trust that the market continues to place in Veritasi Homes and in the future we are building together.
“As we expand our footprint across Nigeria’s real estate landscape, our ambition remains clear — to develop communities that stand the test of time, create value that endures beyond economic cycles, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s housing and infrastructure aspirations,” he said.
Also speaking, Tobi Yusuff, Partner at Veritasi Homes, added that the company’s growth strategy remains firmly rooted in delivering value-driven developments while maintaining strong financial discipline.
“This commercial paper programme is a critical part of our broader strategy to deepen our footprint across key markets and accelerate the delivery of premium residential communities. Beyond raising capital, it reinforces our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and long-term value creation for our investors and stakeholders.
“We are intentional about building not just houses, but thriving communities that stand the test of time. With the continued trust of our investors and partners, we are well-positioned to scale our operations and contribute meaningfully to addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit.”
Also speaking at the ceremony, Adekunle Alade, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pathway Advisors Limited, the lead arranger and financial adviser on the programme, highlighted the strategic importance of the programme in supporting Veritasi Homes’ expansion plans and strengthening its capital base.
“We have been with Veritasi Homes since 2022, at a time when no one believed in the company’s potential within the capital market.
“Today, that narrative has changed significantly. Veritasi has grown into one of the most sought-after issuers, with its commercial paper programmes consistently attracting strong investor interest and oversubscription.
“This trajectory is a testament to the company’s disciplined governance, transparency, and execution capacity. As advisers, we have witnessed firsthand its commitment to meeting obligations and creating sustainable value. The ₦50 billion programme is not just a funding initiative; it is a reflection of market confidence and a strategic step towards scaling its impact in Nigeria’s real estate sector.”
