This shift is evident in districts such as Maitama and Wuse II, where a cluster of luxury restaurants now caters to diplomats, expatriates, and business elites.

Carneval Brazilian Churrasco is a destination for diners seeking an authentic Brazilian churrasco experience in Abuja. Typically, a single individual can enjoy a meal on a budget of N70,000 to N80,000, though full indulgence may cost more. Located at 55 Kumasi Crescent in the Municipal district, the restaurant offers a range of dining options designed to suit different appetites and preferences.

  • The churrasco experience is offered through several formulas. Varanda Tropical (N43,000) provides access to a vibrant salad bar featuring fresh greens, cold cuts, cheeses, grains, and Brazilian-inspired sides for a lighter meal.
  • Fresco (N58,000) focuses on chicken-only churrasco, with marinated and flame-grilled chicken served directly from the skewers alongside the salad bar.
  • La Carneval (N76,500) delivers the full churrasco experience, including beef, chicken, and premium cuts carved tableside, accompanied by sides and the salad bar. Extravagancia (N98,500) is the most indulgent option, offering all cuts of churrasco, unlimited soft drinks, and a complimentary dessert. Prices exclude 7.5% VAT and 5% service charge, with children aged 6–12 paying half price and those under six dining free.

Carneval features tableside churrasco service, where passadores carve premium meats directly from the grill to the plate. The restaurant emphasizes fresh, hand-selected cuts complemented by vibrant sides inspired by Brazilian tradition.

The dining space combines warm ambience with refined interiors, creating an elegant yet comfortable environment suitable for casual dining, celebrations, or special occasions. Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails designed to enhance the meal.

Carneval Brazilian Churrasco is open daily from 12 pm to 12 am, with takeout available from 4 pm to 10 pm.
