Dr. Ojemaye brings over 18 years of experience across banking, financial strategy, and capital markets, with deep expertise in corporate banking, capital management, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of Treasury at CHI Limited, where he led the company’s financial strategy, liquidity management, and banking relationships, supporting the organization’s funding, foreign exchange management, and capital optimization initiatives.
