FG commences “Operation Show Your COVID-19 Vaccination Card” in government buildings

Federal Government agencies have started the “Operation Show Your COVID-19 Vaccination Card,” a plan to only allow vaccinated Nigerians to enter government buildings, joining states like Kaduna and Delta that already have a similar existing protocol.

This was disclosed by the National Primary Health Care Development Agency in a statement on Thursday morning.

Those without vaccination cards are also allowed to show a negative PCR test done within 72 hours before being allowed entrance into government buildings.

In line with the directives of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, MDA’s, Parastatals, including the NPHCDA have begun implementation of the ‘show your COVID-19 Vaccination card’ or ‘Negative COVID-19 PCR Test result done within 72 hours’ to gain access into their offices in all locations within Nigeria,” the NPHCDA said.
