Veritas Glanvills Pensions has been awarded the highly coveted ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management system, placing the Pension Fund Administrator amongst other Nigerian firms in the industry with the elite status.
This is contained in a disclosure cited on the website of the fund administrator, which shows that the certification was issued after months of rigorous review of its management system by independent assessors.
The certification partly reads “Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited, has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the management system requirements of ISO: 9001:2015.” The scope of the certification covers the provision of pension administration services to public and private companies and institutions.
While commenting on the achievement, the company stated that “the certification further demonstrates the commitment of our Board and Management to meeting internationally accepted standards in our management system and service delivery. It is also a measure of our strong corporate governance which is anchored on global best practices.”
To qualify for the highly-rated ISO certification especially in a highly competitive sector as the Nigerian Pension industry, an Operator must go through rigorous assessment by external assessors.
The National Pension Commission (PenCom) attained ISO 27001:2013 certification in information security management system, earlier in the year.
