Conoil Plc released its audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st of December, 2020.

• Revenue for the year was N117.5 billion. (-15.9% YoY)
• Cost of sales was N107.7 billion. (-14.8% YoY)
• Administrative expenses totalled N5.18 billion. (-21.5% YoY)
• Profit for the year was N1.44 billion. (-27% YoY)
• Earnings per share of N2.08 Vs N2.84
• A dividend of N1.50 was proposed by the board.
