Will Dangote Flour continue rallying this week ?

Dangote Flour Mills Plc

Dangote Flour Mills Plc tops this week’s watchlist by virtue of being the best performing stock last week. The stock gained 45%, due to a buyout offer from Olam International.

The stock may witness further upside this week, but investors should trade with caution.

Dangote Cement Plc 

Dangote Cement Plc takes the second place in this week’s watchlist by virtue of the company releasing its Q1 2019 results after trading hours last Friday. Investors may react negatively to the results which saw a drop in the bottom line.

Guinness Nigeria Plc

Guinness Nigeria was the worst performing stock last week, hence its having a spot on this week’s watchlist. The stock closed at a 10 year low of N48.60. Guinness could either rebound slightly or drop further, depending on market sentiments.

Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc

Seplat has a spot by virtue of the impending release of its Q1 2019 financial results. The company had sent a notice to the NSE indicating that it would do so on the 30th of April.

Nestle Nigeria Plc

Nestle Nigeria Plc had indicated, in a notice sent a few weeks ago, that it would deliberate on its Q1 2019 results on the 30th of April, 2019. Hence, the stock has a spot on this week’s watchlist.

Presco Plc

Presco Plc has a spot on this week’s watchlist by virtue of the impending release of its full-year 2018 results.

The agri giant had in a notice sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) indicated it would file its full-year 2018 results on or before the 30th of April, 2019.

MRS Oil Nigeria Plc

MRS Oil will also be holding a board meeting on the 30th of April, 2019 to consider the company’s Q1 2019 results. Hence its placement on Nairametrics’ watchlist for the week.

FBN Holdings

FBN Holdings has a spot on the watchlist this week by virtue of the company holding its Annual General Meeting this Friday the 3rd of May 2019.

Capital Hotels Plc

Capital Hotels will be having its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, the 2nd of May, 2019, hence its place on this week’s watchlist.
