Nigerian billionaire, Tony Elumelu isn’t just concerned in mentoring people on how to make wealth, he’s also concerned with mentoring people on how to stay both mentally and physically healthy.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation Founder who is also the Chairman of Heirs Holdings and United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, took to his Instagram page to reveal how he was guarding his daughters on push-ups workout.
Push-ups are common calisthenics exercises, performed in a prone position by raising and lowering the body using the arms.
Push-ups exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids, with ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole.
