At the end of their financial year, companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange are expected by law, to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at any location within Nigeria.

An AGM is the highest level of meeting between the directors and managers of a company and their shareholders. During AGM’s important decisions such as board appointments, capital raising, the appointment of auditors are tabled by the board of directors and approved by the shareholders of the company.

The table below provides a list of all Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extra-Ordinary General Meetings (EGM) of quoted companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange including the venue, date and time. This tracker is updated periodically.

Why is GTL Registrars the most unreliable registrars in Nigeria. Verification is very slow even after verification, sending stocks to cscs takes too long, it takes close to four weeks before you see your stocks in your cscs account. This is horrible. And the worst part is there is no known authorities to report them to. The whole system is too manipulated. It’s really disheartening. Please if there is a body to report them to kindly let me know.
    Thank you.
    Concerned shareholder.

I enjoy the services of GTL registrars, I use my trade book and their transactions are very fast.
