Diamond Bank Plc has again announced the postponement of its 2017 financial statements and Q1 2018 financial results.
In a request letter sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by the bank’s secretary and legal adviser, Uzoma Uja, noted that its 2017 Audited Financial Statements [AFS] is still undergoing review and assured that this will be completed within May 2018 after which it will be transmitted to the Exchange and made available to the general public.
Also, the release of its 2018 First Quarter Financial Statement will follow thereafter.
Recall that Diamond Bank had earlier issued a notice informing its shareholders and stakeholders of the delay in filing its 2017 financial statements and had promised to release it by the end of April.
