In a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Access Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Adeolu Bajomo as Executive Director, Information Technology and Operations. Bajomo, was Executive Director, Market Operations and Technology, at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, till his resignation in November.
Adeolu Bajomo graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He also obtained an MSc in information Systems Engineering from the London South Bank University in 1990 and an MBA from the CASS Business School (City University) in 2002.
He is also a chartered member of the British Computing Society and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Adeolu Bajomo worked as a computing manager and infrastructure lead for Deustche bank from May 1995-October 1997. He also served as IT director for Fortis Bank from 1997-2006, followed by a stint at Phoenix Group Limited between 2006-2007. Bajomo also worked at Barclays Bank, UK as the head of transformation from 2007-June 2011, when he was appointed Executive Director Market Operations and Technology at Nigerian Stock Exchange.
