Nigeria’s music star, Tuface Idibia planned to lead a nationwide protest in Abuja and Lagos on the 6th of February. The protest was against the current economic situation in the country buttressed by an exchange rate against the dollar that is trading at N500/$1.
He has now cancelled the protest for fear of a possible state instigated violence against protesters. Here is his video
