AXA Mansard Insurance has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange of the appointment of an additional Director.
The company in a letter to the NSE, announced the resignation of Mr. Matthew Reed (a Non-Executive Director from the Board of Directors.
The Board however unanimously approved the appointment of Mr Jad Ariss as a Non-Executive Director subject to regulatory approval by National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
