[Institute of Legislative Studies] This Is What A Nigerian Legislator Earns Annually

Nigerians have for years been clamoring to know how much their legislators earn annually as the huge disparity between the rich and the poor continues to widen. Before now a lot of newspaper and online reports rely on third-party sources or sources independent of the National Assembly to determine the income of legislators.

However, the National Institute of Legislative Studies, NILS has released a report, showing what constitutes the earnings of federal legislators in Nigeria. The report detailed the breakdown against that of some select countries also. See their annual salaries below;
