The new head of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corp said on Thursday that he had started a three-pronged restructuring of the state-owned company.
“There’s a people aspect which we are dealing with now; there is a process aspect; after the people at the right places, we are going to get forensic audit done … that will cover us all the way to 2014, 2015,” Emmanuel Kachikwu said after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
