We know 2014 will be mostly remembered for the dismal performance of the All Share Index, Oil Price Slump and devaluation of the Naira. However, that is not all that happened. There were loads of very interesting things that made the market very exciting. An example is the number of corporate deals recorded by quoted and unquoted companies recorded during the year.
