Beta Glass just issued a press release confirming that it is exploring several approaches from a “variety of investors expressing their interest in a wide range of strategic options, such as joint ventures, minority participations or even full acquisition of the business.”
The Parent Company Frigoglass Industry Nigeria confirmed it has been a target of ‘Top Tier’ International Beverage Brands who are looking to either acquire the company or form a Joint Venture or even take minority holdings in the company. Frigoglass (Nigeria 61.88% and Holdco 8.17% owns 70% of the company. Delta State Government owns 5.6% of the company.
