Transcorp Hotels Plc. rights issue opened September 24 and is set to close September 30th which is just 7 days apart. This gives little room for meticulous investors to cautiously read through the prospectus which I must say has been scare.

I hope to analyze the prospectus this weekend and hope it won’t be too late by then.
