This Stock Gained 10% Every Day Last Week and Has Now Gained 300% This Year Alone

Imagine having basically flat returns between January and June 2014 and then bang!! the stock is up 300% in a little over two months. This particular stock also is yet to release any result nor has it even released any earnings forecast yet it appears to be the stock to beat when it comes to capital appreciation.

If you have been reading this blog then I am sure by now you already know which stock I am referring to. Premier Breweries knocked out Forte Oil as the best return stock this year at the end of August and it appears the share price is picking up where it left off. It gained a remarkable 10% every day last week to close 52% higher. It has now returned a whopping 311% this year and 68% between August 29th and September 5th 2014. It’s a run that any bull will wish for.

The only problem like I mentioned in previous blog post is your ability to lay your hands on a significant quantity of shares that should make meaningful value. Here is a look at its share price history and volume for the last 10 days.

The highest value in the last 10 days is just over N416k and 219,326 units. This bears hallmark of very very limited sellers and buyers. Remember Japaul and Jos Breweries?? I wouldn’t flinch if I were you. However, we continue to watch this stock.

This is very funny. It seems people who are just investing without any sound fundamentals are the ones reaping massively this season. Whats happening? I hope the patient dog won’t eat the thinnest bone? Anyway I still remain on my Long term investment principle, Build on a Solid Rock and not on Sand.
