Shareholders of Unity Bank Plc on Wednesday approved the proposal of the bank to raise its share capital from N30bn to N40bn.
The approval, which was unanimously given at the bank’s 7th Annual General Meeting in Abuja, would enable it to issue from its authorised share capital 20 billion units of ordinary shares at 50 kobo each.
