Shareholders of United Bank for Africa Plc have approved 50 kobo dividend recommended by the bank for the 2012 financial year.
This approval was given at the bank’s Annual General Meeting in Abuja on Friday.
A statement by the bank on Monday quoted the shareholders as affirming that its restructuring and transformation had been beneficial to investors just as it confirmed UBA as a leading pan-African bank.
