Oando Plc has announced results of its rights issues which it closed in December, 2012 which saw a total of 4,548,236,276 ordinary shares of 50kobo each at N12 per share being fully subscribed. The rights issue was on the basis of 2 new ordinary shares for every one ordinary shares held. Gross Amount raised is about N54.57billion.
