For some of us that use Haier Thermocool products they are currently offering free service and maintenance for Splits Unit AC’s. To participate in the offer, you will have to register betwen May 20th and May 25th 2013. You can call them 0n 01-7303333 or email them via hpzcustomercare@hpz.com.ng. I called them and they also ask that I provide them with my Name, Address and Date of Purchase.
They confirmed they will dispatch that “term of professionals” to my house to carry out the service. The offer is also for products bought between 2010 and 2012.
