Yesterday at the Common Wealth heads of State Meeting the President was no where to be found as he 3 times did not show up for his much awaited speech.
It was an “amazing feat” considering Nigeria came to the event with a delegation of over a 100 people. No logical explanation was given for his absence at the end of the day. Some Ministers did make a pitch in his place, as they strived to woo investors. The minister of mines and steel notably have a good speech to investors looking to tap into our endowed mining sector.
But where could the president had gone? This was the most important part of his visit to the event and yet he was no where to be found. Is he ok? Did he have diarrhoea? Ive often heard of a drinking problem (which I find hard to believe) especially at such an event.
Whatever the case is, Nigerians need to know soon, and the presidential spokesperson better come up with a logical explanation.
He probably was nursing a hangover from the "surprise birthday party" that he "supposedly" flew all the way to Perth for under the guise of CHOGM 2011..NONSENSE..
