Just reading an advertorial on page 70 of today’s Guardian. It’s a full page apology to Chief Anennih by the CBN for wrongly including his name in the infamous published list of indebted individuals and companies owing banks in 2009.
I’d like to justify this public waste of tax payers money as a fulfillment of a court order of some sort. But then I wonder if this same extraordinary form of public apology will be extended to other persons or companies wrongly named as well? Nigeria never stops to amaze me.
